These terms govern use of our website and engagement for design services. By engaging with Bonusparallax you agree to the following principal terms:

We deliver creative graphic design, parallax web templates, banners and branding as agreed in written scope. Timelines and milestones will be set per project quote.

Unless otherwise agreed, we grant a license to use final deliverables; preliminary designs remain our property until full payment is received. Moral rights are respected under UK law.

Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where mandatory under UK law.
